- Joseph from Leesburg, VA:Our gas hot water heater failed on a Saturday in January. I picked up a larger capacity unit and planned to install it myself. Due to necessary modifications and dealing with natural gas we decided that hiring a plumber was the wiser way to go. None of the big franchise plumbers wanted to install a unit that they didn't sell. I called Andy and he quickly agreed to complete the install. He and his helper came in the late afternoon and worked into the evening re-plumbing the system and adding the over pressure tank and drain pan to bring it up to code. While they worked I picked up the pan and pressure tank myself. Andy installed everything, tested the system. You could not ask for a more personable professional. I have and will continue to use Flow Through for all my plumbing repairs and recommend them to everyone I know.
